Privacy

• Your account: email address, and how you sign in (password or Google). Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see them.
• Your profile: first and last name, username and profile photo (if you sign in with Google, we copy your Google photo unless you upload your own), plus your theme and email settings.
• What you do in clubs: clubs you join or ask to join, your RSVPs, chat messages and reactions, teams and game results you're part of, and the ratings calculated from those results.
• Feedback you send us, and basic error logs when a page breaks, so we can fix it.

• Members of a club see that club's members, chat, events, RSVPs, teams, results and ratings, with your name, username and photo.
• Anyone signed in can see a club's name, icon and member count, so they can ask to join.
• Your email address is never shown to other members.
• We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Orgawiser runs on Google Firebase (hosting, sign-in, database, file storage) and sends email through Resend. They process your data only to provide those services. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email and photo with us.

We email you about your clubs' events (RSVPs opening, games confirmed or cancelled) and about invites and join requests. Choose which event emails you get under Event emails on your profile. We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your time zone and theme; no tracking or ad cookies.

You can leave any club, or delete your account from your profile. Deleting your account removes your profile, photo, username, notifications and sign-in, and takes you out of every club. Chat messages you sent and game results you played in stay in their clubs' history under your name, since other members are part of those conversations and games.
